How long are shipping times?

After orders are processed delivery can take from 7-35 business days depending where you are ordering to.

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before a specific holiday or the timeframe quoted. World events are out of our control and can affect shipping times.

On multiple orders, shipments may come at different times and from different warehouses. Shipping time depends on holiday schedule and does not include holidays and weekends.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We offer shipping to 27 countries which are, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can i exchange my item?

After orders are processed we cannot exchange them.

I entered the wrong information, how do i proceed?

If you have entered inaccurate address details or product information, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email at info.decoroffuture@gmail.com. It's important to keep in mind that we process orders as soon as an order has been placed, which means there's a chance your order has already been dispatched, making address changes impossible. We cannot accept responsibility if a package becomes undeliverable due to missing or incomplete destination/recipient information.

My order is missing, what to do?

If your order does not show as delivered and it was not received, there is a possibility that the order was lost in transit.

We are not responsible for orders in cases where incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer during the ordering process results in delivery to the wrong address or the order being recycled by the local postal service.

If your order is marked as delivered by the postal service and to the correct address provided at checkout but the order has not been received, there is a possibility that it has been stolen. in this case, we advice you to get in contact with the postal service and your local non-emergency police.

We're unable to independently confirm non-receipt of orders, as our system indicates successful delivery. Regrettably, this means we cannot process a refund or replacement in this case.

How can i cancel my order?

After ordering our warehouse automatically processes orders after they are placed. If your order has not been processed and you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

After orders have been processed we cannot cancel your order.
